K-Fit Week 1


Monday: Rest day (and birthday/engagement dinner with Abe)

Tuesday: 1.5 mile treadmill run (11:24 pace) + K-Fit Weeks 1/2 workout 1

Wednesday: Stationary bike 12.6 miles (16.8 mph)

Thursday: Stationary bike 8.8 miles (17.6 mph) + 1 mile treadmill run (11:59 pace)

Friday: Unplanned rest day - didn't manage to get up early enough to something before work, and busy after work.

Saturday: Bike trainer 20 minutes (est. 5.35 miles) + K-Fit Weeks 1/2 workout 2

Sunday: Bike trainer 20 minutes (est. 5.35 miles) + K-Fit Weeks 1/2 workout 3

Total biking: 32.1 miles
Total running: 2.5 miles

I don't know where my running mojo went. :( 

But I've been having fun setting up and trying out my new (to me, bought used on Craigslist) bike trainer! And I quickly learned the importance of wearing bike shorts. Let me tell you, the stationary bike I've been using in my apartment's gym - that seat is nothing like a real bike seat!
