Monday pm: Stationary bike 8.05 miles (16.1 mph)
Tuesday: Stationary bike 3.5 miles (17.1 mph) - to meet my 1,000 mile goal for 2013
Wednesday: First Run 5k
And then I did nothing for the remainder of the week. The holidays really threw off my routine, even though I was only on vacation during Christmas week. Fingers crossed I'm more motivated this upcoming week?
