Wednesday: 1 mile treadmill run (1% incline, 11:10 pace)
Thursday: K-Fit Weeks 3/4 workout 1 + 2 mile run (11:43 pace) - I'm trying to get over my fear of running in the dark by running laps around my apartment complex parking lot. It's a loop that's just under half a mile, so it's not nearly as boring as running on the treadmill.
Saturday: 2 mile run (11:54 pace)
Sunday: K-Fit Weeks 3/4 workout 3 + circuit training (2 times thru)
Total miles: 5
