A Week of No Early Mornings

Workouts

Monday: Run 1.5 miles in the slush (13:07 pace) - all I could make myself do after a longer than busy-season-normal day to make up for not working over the weekend.

Tuesday: Bike trainer 30 minutes (est. 8.0 miles)

Wednesday: K-Fit Weeks 3/4 workout 1

Thursday: Run 3.0 miles (12:38 pace)


Saturday: Bike trainer 50 minutes (est. 13.35 miles)

Total biking: 21.35 miles
Total running: 4.5 miles

Yeah, that whole getting up early to exercise thing? Didn't happen at all this week.
