K-Basic Week 12

Workouts

Monday: Stationary bike 12.9 miles (17.2 mph) + 1.1 mile treadmill run (0.5% incline, 11:00 pace)

Tuesday: 3.8 mile run (12:30 pace) + K-Basic weeks 11/12 workout 1

Wednesday: Stationary bike 8.4 miles (16.8 mph)

Thursday: 2.15 mile run (12:55 pace) K-Basic weeks 11/12 workout 2

Friday: Stationary bike 15.6 miles (15.6 mph)

Saturday: Rest day (and birthday party!)

Sunday: K-Basic weeks 11/12 workout 3 + 3.1 mile run (12:28 pace)

Total biking: 36.9 miles
Total running: 10.15 miles

Despite work hours increasing, I feel like I'm finally getting into a good routine again, exercise-wise. At least my weekly mileage is back into the double digits, even though I'm not back there for a single run yet.
