Reverse Taper Week 1

Workouts

Tuesday: 2 mile run (13:24 pace)

Thursday: 3.1 mile run (12:27 pace)

Saturday: 4.25 mile run (12:18 pace)

Sunday: 3.15 mile run (10:36 pace)
Trying to keep up with Abe at his easy pace = a very speedy run for me.

Total miles: 12.5



Next week's plan

  • Run 4 - 5 times (Tu, Th, F, Sa, Su) 15 - 18 miles total
  • Yoga class (W)
  • K-Basic workouts 3 times (M, W, F)
