Tuesday: Run 2.55 miles (12:33 pace) - easy with the last mile at HMGP - hit 11:34.
Thursday: Run 1.8 miles (12:32 pace) - easy with a few strides.
Saturday: Hop Hop Half marathon - new PR of 2:34:42! By far my best half in terms of training (not just absolute fitness level, but commitment to training relative to race goal), and execution.
Sunday: Run 1 really slow mile (14:35) to shake out my legs.
Total running: 18.45 miles
