Holiday Rest Week

Workouts

Tuesday: 3.05 mile run (11:55 pace)

Friday: Walked/jogged 12/18 of a disc golf course (45 minutes)

Total running: 3.05

I didn't intend to essentially take the entire week off from exercising, but between a 6-hour drive each way to visit my parents, and a 3-hour drive each way to visit other relatives while there, there wasn't a lot of free time leftover.
