I reached two benchmarks this week, in speed and distance. I got a single-digit mile time on one of my one-mile runs (first time as an adult - my lifetime mile PR was in 8th grade PE class), and I exceeded half marathon distance for the first time in my long run.

This week felt a bit tougher; I think the first two weeks there was some novelty and exhilaration despite the work of the runs, now that that had worn off a bit, some of these runs just felt like a lot of work. I'm definitely looking forward to a cutback week next week!
