A Moderately Successful Running Week

Workouts:

Tuesday: 2.6 mile run (12:36 pace)

Saturday: 3.1 mile run (12:21 pace)

Sunday: 90 minute yoga class + 5.5 mile run (12:44 pace)

Total miles: 11.2

Tax season + having a social life = lack of exercising. Better than last week, though!
