NROLFW Phase 7 Week 2

Workouts

Monday: Run 2 miles (11:38 pace) + NROLFW phase 7 workout 3

Wednesday: Walk 1.5 miles (17:29 pace)

Thursday: Run 2.3 miles (12:24 pace)

Sunday: Walk 3.5 miles (16:48 pace) + NROLFW phase 7 workout 4

Total running: 4.3 miles
Average daily steps: 8,074

While it's always a struggle, to some degree, to fit in much in the way of training (or just plain exercise) during tax season, in case you missed it on instagram - there's also another reason it's been a bit more challenging this year.
