Total biking: 5 miles
Total running: 17 miles
I've been trying to get up early to exercise before work, thus leaving my evening open for other activities, and to make sure I actually get in a solid workout (especially for in the near future when we switch off (on?) daylight savings time and it's dark at 4:30 in the afternoon). Last week I did this more successfully than this week.
I also finally got back to the pool, after three weeks of skipping it!
