A Week of More Running

Workouts

Monday am: K-Fit Weeks 3/4 workout 2
Monday pm: Run 2.1 miles (12:57 pace)

Tuesday (dinner break): Run 2.75 miles (13:33 pace) - pretty slow even for me. Definitely had a "it's still better than nothing" attitude going on.
Tuesday (after work): Bike trainer 25 minutes (est. 7.1 miles)

Wednesday: Unplanned rest day - didn't get up early enough before work :( and after work I had a massage :)  

Thursday: Run 2.5 miles (12:54 pace) 

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: Run 3.35 miles (12:55 pace) - after the first half mile, actually felt really good!

Sunday: Bike trainer 1 hour (est. 16 miles)

Total biking: 23.1 miles
Total running: 10.7 miles

Yay for running! It's been less rainy, and sunset is pushing closer to 6:00, so it's easier to find motivation and take a break from work around dinner time to go for a run.
