The Rain is Back

Workouts:

Monday: 4 mile run (13:06 pace)

Wednesday: 2 mile treadmill run (0.5% incline, 11:38 pace) + 30 Day Shred level 1 workout

Thursday: 1.45 mile treadmill run (1% incline, 13:14 pace) - yes, pathetic. I wanted to run outside by it was raining pretty hard. But the treadmill is so boring!

Sunday: 3.35 mile run (12:45 pace)

Total miles: 10.8

Due to rain during the week, and poor time management resulting in a lot of studying and working over the weekend when it was sunny, I didn't do a long run or anywhere near the total mileage I was planning. But, I suppose that's the good thing about not officially training for anything at the moment!
