Monday: 2.75 mile run (13:53 pace)
Tuesday: Donna Richardson 3 Day Rotation kickboxing workout + Patricia Moreno Core Cross Train kickboxing workout
Wednesday: 3.25 mile run (12:46 pace!) - I focused the entire time on my cadence, trying to maintain the supposed ideal of 180 steps per minute (3 steps per second). My brain was just going, ONE two three FOUR five six ONE two three FOUR five six.
Thursday: Ripped in 30 Week 2 workout
Friday: 1.5 mile run (12:23 pace!) - Tried out my new Vibram Five Fingers (found at REI on clearance for half price) + Donna Richardson 3 Day Rotation kickboxing workout
Saturday: 1.7 mile walk + circuit strength training - Had fun working out with my mom while she was visiting and teaching her a basic circuit workout.
Sunday: 4.1 mile run (14:02 pace) + Ripped in 30 Week 2 workout
