Best Body Bootcamp - Week 3 Recap

Oh dear. This week was sort of a complete fail, workout-wise. I exercised once. I did half of two of the BBB strength training workouts (i.e., 2 of 4 sets) on Saturday. The rest of the week I was cramming for finals or being lazy.

I did, however, meet one of my goals (no more than 1 pop per day) 5 days! And I met the second goal (go to bed by 11:00) 4 days.
