A Week of (Some) Early Mornings

Workouts

Monday AM: Bike trainer 20 minutes (est 4.5 miles)
Monday PM: Easy run 4.15 miles (13:14 pace)

Tuesday PM: Ballet class (75 minutes)

Wednesday AM: K-Fit weeks 1/2 workout #1 + bike trainer 10 minutes (est 2.5 miles)
Wednesday PM: Tempo run 3.0 miles (12:10 overall pace, 11:34 tempo pace)
0.5 mile warm-up: 13:34
2 miles tempo (goal = <12:00): 11:36, 11:32
0.5 mile cool-down: 13:08

Thursday PM: Easy run 2.5 miles (14:21 pace)

Friday AM: Bike trainer 10 minutes (est 2.5 miles) (better than nothing, right?)
Friday PM: Easy run 3.5 mile (13:56 pace)

Saturday: Rest day

Sunday: Run 2.3 miles (13:56 pace) + ballet practice (20 minutes)

Total biking: 9.5 miles
Total running: 15.45 miles
