Foot Traffic Flat Half Training Week 5

Workouts

Monday: Swim 1,000 yards + run 1 mile (11:56 pace)

Tuesday: Run 4 miles (11:55 pace) - intervals (goal = 10:30):
1 warm-up: 12:32
0.75 interval: 10:19
0.5 recovery: 13:45
0.75 interval: 10:27
1 cool-down: 12:41

Wednesday: Run 2.5 miles (13:01 pace)

Thursday: Run 1 mile (11:37 pace)

Friday: Run 1 mile (11:43 pace)

Saturday: Run 2.4 miles (12:23 pace) - first workout with the TRI team!

Sunday: Run 3.55 miles (13:34 pace), then it started raining heavily - fortunately my intended route had me running very near the Oregon Zoo at that point, so I was able to get on the MAX to come home, then went to the rec center to run on the treadmill 5 miles (13:05 pace) = total 8.55 miles (13:16 pace)

Total swimming: 1,000 yards 
Total running: 20.45 miles

A bit hard to get in all the swimming and biking (errr... or any) that I wanted to. Really busy week, due date coming up at work, things happening Thursday and Friday evenings plus a CPE class all day Friday when I usually have Fridays off from work during the summer. Pretty proud of the running I managed to do, though! First 20-mile week since marathon training last fall.
