Week of December 25 - 31


Wednesday: Restorative yoga (20 min) + Jillian Michaels cardio (20 min)

Thursday: Jillian Michaels weights (20 min)

Saturday: Stairmaster 40 floors (10:25) + Jillian Michaels weights (20 min)

Sunday: Yoga (15 min) + stroller run 2.15 miles (15:42 pace, 50* and sunny, afternoon)

Total running: 2.15 miles 
Stair climbing: 40 flights
Average daily steps: 8,298
Weight: +37 - This is actually -1 lb, not +4 lbs from last week - I realized, as was taking some additional measurements that I do periodically, that I'd calculated wrong somewhere along the way from my zero-point (my lowest adult/pre-pregnancy weight).
