Week of November 20 - 26

Workouts

Monday: Tap dance class (60 min) + yoga (10 min)

Tuesday: Rest day

Wednesday: Jillian Michaels weights (20 min) + yoga (30 min)

Thursday: Yoga (10 min)

Friday: Jillian Michaels weights (20 min)

Saturday: Yoga (10 min)

Sunday: Jillian Michaels cardio (20 min)

Average daily steps: 7,969
Weight: +33 lbs (down 1 lb!)

Unfortunately the holiday schedule made it difficult to fit in a run, but took advantage of a family visit to try to impose new workouts (the Jillian Michaels app and the Down Dog yoga app) on my mom.
