Week of November 13 - 19

Workouts

Monday: Tap dance class (60 min)

Tuesday: Jillian Michaels Transform 90 (20 min)

Wednesday: Rest day

Thursday: Run 1.0 miles (14:22 pace, 43* and rainy, 9:00 pm)

Friday: Hike ~0.8 mile - Uhtoff Sanctuary

Saturday: Stroller run 1.15 miles (14:55 pace, 48* and chilly, 2:00 pm) + Jillian Michaels T90 (20 min)

Sunday: Yoga (10 min)

Total running: 2.15 miles
Average daily steps: 7,534
Weight: +34 lb

For even more TMI than I've already shared, after a urogyn appointment this past week I have a pessary, so I'm able to run! I don't view it as a long-term solution (it's not actually fixing anything, it's essentially a crutch), but I can consider other options like surgery down the road, after I'm done breastfeeding.
