NROLFW Phase 3 Week 1 & 10k Training Week 6/8

Workouts

Tuesday: Stroller run 2.0 miles (15:20 pace, 79* and rather warm, 5:00 pm) + NROLFW phase 3 workout A (55 min)

Wednesday: Yoga (restorative, 10 min)

Thursday: NROLFW phase 3 workout B (50 min)

Friday: Speedwork run 2.5 miles (14:40 pace, 64* and dusk, 7:15 pm)
Goal: 2 x 0.5 @ 10:45
Actual: 11:04, 11:21

Sunday am: Yoga (restorative, 10 min)
Sunday pm: Run 1.35 miles (16:10 pace, 61* and brisk, 5:30 pm) + yoga (short practice, 10 min)

Total running: 5.85 miles
Average daily steps: 6,924
Weight: +35 (no change)
