10k Training Week 5/8

Workouts

Monday: Tap dance class (60 min)

Tuesday: Stroller run 1.3 miles (19:55, 62* and rainy, 5:30 pm)
It started with just an occasional sprinkle, and progressed to a steady rain during this time, so I cut it short from the planned 2 miles.

Thursday: Speedwork run 3.1 miles (14:13 overall pace,, 52* and pleasant, 1:30 pm)
Goal: 4 x 0.25 @ 9:45
Actual: 9:46, 9:52, 9:54, 9:58

Friday: Run 2.5 miles (14:43 pace, 66* and sunny, 3:30 pm)

Total running: 6.9 miles
Average daily steps: 8,613
Weight: +35 (1 lb gain)

Due to visiting family, I didn't manage to get in my long run! At least I feel pretty good about the runs I did get in?
