10k Training Week 3/8


Monday: Rest day

Tuesday: Treadmill run 2.0 miles (15:00 pace, 0.5% incline, 7:15 pm)

Wednesday: Bike trainer 2.4 miles (9.6 mph, 60 rpm)

Thursday: Speedwork run 2.5 miles (13:54 overall pace, 82* and blue skies!, 7:00 pm)
Goal: 2 x 0.5 @ 10:45
Actual: 10:37, 11:01

Friday: Stroller run 2.0 miles (15:59 pace, 73* and mild, 4:00 pm)

Saturday: Rest day 

Sunday: Long run 5.05 miles (3.05 with stroller + 2.0 without) (15:49 pace, 70* and sunny, 12:00 pm)

Total biking: 2.4 miles
Total running: 11.55 miles
Average daily steps: 12,829
Weight: +34 - lost 1 lb
