NROLFW Phase 1 Week 8

Workouts

Monday: NROLFW phase 1 workout B (25 min)

Last "regular" workout of phase 1! (What remains is a benchmark version of each of the two workouts to test progress since the first week.)

Tuesday: Run 1.1 miles (16:46 pace, 82* and dusk, 9:20 pm)

Friday: NROLFW phase 1 special workout A (25 min)

Sunday: NROLFW phase 1 special workout B (25 min)

Total running: 1.1 miles
