NROLFW Phase 1 Week 7

Workouts

Monday: Run 1.2 miles (18:03 pace, 70* and warm, 8:30 pm)

Wednesday: NROLFW phase 1 workout B (25 min)

Thursday: Stroller run 1.1 miles (19:01 pace, 73* and sunny, 5:15 pm)

Friday: NROLFW phase 1 workout A (25 min)

Total running: 2.3 miles
Weight: +39 (no change)

In the midst of unpacking and getting settled in a new house (in addition to feeling stressed about work - not just in spite of, but partially because, of taking vacation days for the move), I guess that's not too bad.
