NROLFW Phase 1 Week 5

Workouts

Monday: Run 1.2 miles (16:05 pace, 64* and dark, 9:45 pm)

Tuesday: NROLFW phase 1 workout A (25 min)

Saturday: Bike trainer 3.05 miles (12.1 mph, 55 rpm)

Sunday: NROLFW phase 1 workout B (25 min)

Total biking: 3.05 miles
Total running: 1.2 miles
Average daily steps: 7,039
Weight: +39 (no change)

  1. How on earth do you manage to do NROLFW workouts in 25 minutes?? That workout takes me a solid hour! I must learn your tricks.

    1. My trick is not abiding by the 60+ sec rest intervals between sets. I do probably 30 sec max, and oftentimes less than that. And after the first phase they still do take longer than that!
