NROLFW Phase 1 Week 4

Workouts

Tuesday: NROLFW phase 1 workout B (25 min) + stroller run 1.4 miles (15:51 pace, 75* and sunny, 2:15 pm) + yoga (10 min)

Friday: NROLFW phase 1 workout A (30 min) + stroller run 1.55 miles (18:23 pace, 77* and scorching, 11:45 am)

Saturday: Bike trainer 4.35 miles (13.0 mph, 61 rpm)

Sunday: NROLFW phase 1 workout B (30 min) yoga (10 min)

Total biking: 4.35 miles
Total running: 2.95 miles
Average daily steps: 6,654
Weight: +39 (no change)

For a variety of reasons (including dealing with the mommy pooch, and overall support for running), I've decide to really focus on some core strength, in addition to the general strength training with the New Rules of Lifting workouts. On weights days, I'm trying to also do at least a short ab-focused yoga video, and some planks. I'm rather impressed myself that I've gotten up to 50 seconds for planking!
