Saturday: FitStar workout (12 min)

Sunday: Run 2.15 miles (3 x (2:00 / 1:00, 3:00 / 1:30), 15:48 pace, 1:00 pm)

Total running: 6.05 miles


Week of March 13 - 19

Tuesday: FitStar workout (13 min)

Wednesday: Run 2.0 miles (5 x 3:00 / 1:30, 16:43 pace, 8:15 pm, 130 bpm)

Thursday: FitStar workout (15 min)

Saturday: Run 1.85 miles (5 x 3:00 / 1:30, 15:21 pace, 4:00 pm)

Total running: 3.85 miles

Sunday: FitStar workout (13 min)

Total running: 0 


Fitting in life/hobbies/exercising during tax season is tough. Life with a baby is pretty challenging. The combination is brutal.
