Week of January 16 - 22

Workouts

Monday: Yoga video (20 min) + 30 Day Shred level 1 (20 min)

Tuesday: Yoga video ( 20 min) + bike trainer 15 min (est 3 miles)

Wednesday: Yoga video (20 min)

Thursday: Yoga video (20 min) + bike trainer 15 min (est 3 miles)

Friday30 Day Shred level 1 (20 min) + yoga video (20 min)

Saturday: Women's March

Sunday: Yoga video (30 min)

Total biking: 6 miles
Average daily steps: 7,320

Getting closer to getting into a routine under the new normal. It's not going to be feasible to do more than 20 - 30 minute workouts in the evenings (and sometimes an extra 15 - 30 minutes of yoga in the morning) for the remainder of tax season. But I can work with that! My plan is to do three days of cardio (running once that becomes a good idea, biking in the meantime), two days of weights, and as much yoga as I can fit in. And I'll see if I can manage extra on the weekends, maybe a swim or bike.
