Workouts

Monday: Run 2.15 miles (12:58 pace)

Wednesday: Run 1.6 miles (13:07 pace)

Thursday: Run 2.25 miles (11:37 pace)

Sunday: Run 4.05 miles (12:58 pace)

Total running: 10.05
Average daily steps: 8,442

Choir performances (Friday and Saturday night), plus a weekday appointment that meant working extra long on Saturday, plus my parents in town for a about 18 hours (to see the concert), meant a tough time fitting in much of anything! Definitely trying to keep in mind that something's better than nothing!
