Workouts

Monday: Run 2.7 miles (12:37 pace)

Tuesday: Planned rest day

Wednesday: Run 2.5 miles (13:20 pace)

Thursday: Unplanned rest day

Friday: Bike trainer 3.3 miles (13.2 mph, 60 rpm)

Saturday: Run 4.0 miles (13:27 pace)

Sunday: Run 1.6 miles (12:18 pace)

Total biking: 3.3 miles
Total running: 10.8 miles
Average daily steps: 8,921

Not feeling great this week, which is extra fabulous during tax season, as you can probably imagine. A few early bedtimes, and not really motivated to fit in an extra run or walk to get in my steps. Will have to calculate how much extra I need to still end up averaging 10,000/day for the month!
