A Boring Week

Workouts

Monday: Complete and utter rest day :) 

Tuesday: Easy run 3.0 miles (14:20 pace) + swim 1,200 yards (4 x 50, 4 x 200, 4 x 50)

Wednesday: Tempo run 4.0 miles (12:53 overall pace, 11:34 tempo pace)
Warm-up 1 mile - 13:44
Tempo 2 miles (goal = 11:15 - 11:30) - 11:31, 11:36
Cool-down 1 mile - 14:40

Thursday: Easy run 3.05 miles (13:34 pace) + swim 1,200 yards (4 x 50, 4 x 200, 4 x 50)

Friday: Unplanned rest day

Saturday: Bike 10.0 miles (10.6 mph)

Sunday AM: Near Boring 8k race (11:41 pace)
Sunday PM: Bike trainer 30 minutes (est. 6 miles)

Total swimming: 2,400 yards
Total biking: 16 miles
Total running: 15.05 miles
