Monday: 2.25 mile run (11:35 pace)
Tuesday: 2.2 mile treadmill run (1% incline, 11:12 pace)
Wednesday: 3-Day Rotation circuit toning workout
Thursday: 2 mile treadmill walk (0.5% incline) - I chose this as my activity for the evening so I could multi-task and read one of the five books I'm currently in the middle of.
Saturday: 2.5 mile run (12:14 pace) + 1 mile treadmill walk (0.5% incline)
Sunday: 3 (ish) mile walk + 1 mile treadmill walk (0.5% incline)
Total miles: 6.95
As I post this on Sunday, my legs are still sore from Wednesday's workout.
