Holiday Half Training: Week 5 Recap

Workouts

Monday: Registered for for the 2013 Portland Marathon!

Tuesday: Donna Richardson 3 Day Rotation kickboxing workout (before work! I got up early!) + 3.3 mile run (12:50 pace) 

Wednesday: Ripped in 30 Week 4 workout + 3.1 mile run (12:06 pace!) 

Thursday: I bowled two games (doing a fall league through Underdog), which I suppose is "activity" but not necessarily a "workout". My legs and butt weren't as sore the next day as they used to be when I hadn't bowled in a while... not sure if that means I didn't put as much effort into the bowling, or if my legs are simply in that much better shape.

Friday: SYTYCD Get Fit - Tone and Groove cha cha and bonus routines

Saturday: 3.15 mile run (12:51 pace)

Sunday: 7.1 mile run (13:17 pace)

Total miles: 16.65
