Holiday Half Training: Week 4 Recap

Workouts

Monday: Donna Richardson 3 Day Rotation kickboxing workout

Tuesday: 3.0 mile run (12:22 pace - and this was my hilly route!)

Wednesday: 2.0 mile run (11:56 pace!!!) + Ripped in 30 Week 3 workout

Thursday: Donna Richardson 3 Day Rotation kickboxing workout

Friday: Ripped in 30 Week 4 workout

Saturday: 3.3 mile run (12:49 pace)

Sunday: 6.0 mile run (13:44 pace)

Total miles: 14.3
