Errmm... does cleaning my disgusting apartment (never quite caught up from the void of tax season this year) count as a "healthy habit"? Mostly I spend my vacation watching shows on Netflix (including a lot of Clean House), reading advice columns (not sure why I have this recent obsession), and gradually getting my apartment back in order - sorting things to take to Goodwill, rearranging furniture, vacuuming (emptied the canister twice... ewww), scrubbing.
I did go on a 7 mile hike on Monday, and a 3 mile (if I remember correctly? haven't uploaded my garmin data yet) on Thursday.
I suppose my healthy goals were the same as usual, which means I didn't meet them at all. Sleep schedule was all over the place.
